"This was a great price and the location was spot on. Front desk staff made it even more pleasant while answering all my silly questions. Breakfast was good and hot as I have come to expect from Hamptons."

View on Google"Staff was friendly. Location was ready to get in and out. I liked the hot breakfast. Gym area was small, just one treadmill and one other machine, a stair climber or elliptical. Ultimately though, it's all about the room and how well I can sleep. Shower pressure was good. The bed was fine and I slept well, but all the pillows were lumpy. I didn't ask for a replacement pillow, but I never have understood why lumpy pillows don't get replaced."

View on Google"For me, the most important things in a hotel are soundproofing and cleanliness—and this place delivered on the first one perfectly. I asked for a room away from the highway (331), and I didn’t hear a single noise all night. No highway sounds, no hallway disturbances. It was amazing and made for a great night’s sleep. The room was generally clean, but I did notice the showerhead was quite dirty, possibly moldy, and the bathtub drained very slowly. I mentioned both issues to the front desk when checking out. The staff member said she’d pass the info along, but she wasn’t apologetic and didn’t seem particularly concerned, which was a bit disappointing. Also found a disposable cup that was dirty; plastic sleeve wasn't sealed. The second cup I opened was clean. See side by side pictures. Breakfast was adequate, and the dining area was spotless, which I appreciated. Overall, great for peace and quiet, but some room maintenance and better customer service would have made the stay even better."
