"Had a very nice stay in Independence at the Comfort Suites....while not the cheapest option for the town, it's definitely the best experience you could ask for! At checkin, everything was as expected...quick check in, free cold tea and lemon water in the lobby, a quiet room, and very clean!! The next morning, the breakfast was much MUCH better than some of the other hotel chains...the scrambled eggs were actually made with real eggs!!! And the biscuits and gravy, while not quite like a restaurant, I have to give an 8 out of 10!!! Will stay here again!"

View on Google"I've left good reviews in the past. The hotel has been my go-to when I have to be in Independence. I still love the beds and the mountain of pillows. What I'm not understanding is why easy fixes like moldy or dirty calking has become more common within just a couple years. Bleach and a brush... there must be a reason because leaving it makes no sense."
