"The front desk was genuinely incredible. Here's the story: I was in Des Moines for a wedding and I forgot to get wrapping paper for the gift. When I called and asked the front desk if they had any, Jordan and the team tried their best, but couldn't find any. As my girlfriend and I walked out of the building, Jacey and Heidi both came SPRINTING out of the hotel carrying 5 different rolls of wrapping paper. The entire team went so far above and beyond and were genuinely so happy to help. From the valet to the front desk, they were so ready and willing to help. They made sure we knew where we were going and offered directions at every turn. There's no way I stay anywhere else the next time I'm in Des Moines!"

"Great service! We used the Des Moines Marriott Downtown as our hotel room block for our August wedding and can't recommend them enough! They were incredibly professional and kind to our guests. The offered a shuttle for guests to anywhere they wanted to go around Des Moines throughout the weekend. They also handed out welcome bags to our guests upon arrival, which everyone loved. We totally recommend using the Des Moines Marriott to anyone."
