Sometimes those negative writings are from those negative people who are never satisfied! ;-/ **** At first sight/impression, you would think twice, especially since the hotel from the outside looks straight out of the 1960s! I’m usually a high-end hotel kinda girl, but my mind was quickly changed once we saw our room, it’s completely renovated! The beds were comfortable, clean crisp linens, plenty of towels & toilet paper (when requested), AC kicks butt, the shower water pressure was awesome and the view is perfect of the white sandy beach! There are showers to rinse off after being on the beach at the hotel’s private beach access. The pool looked real nice and it was very warm, but we didn’t use it since there were a lot of kids in it, so we went to the beach & ocean, which we preferred! The only downfall is there are no elevators, and you must carry your stuff up stairs, but to have that view from our room, was well worth it! The staff were very friendly and the grounds were constantly being maintained. I’d definitely stay again; the price, view, location and free parking were all great!"
