"Love this place! A special shout out to Todd, The evening Casino manager. Had a issue while playing a slot machine, (which details are not important) I was not satisfied with the answer I received on gaming floor, so I requested to speak with Todd. After a very positive, intelligent conversation Todd went above and beyond to make things right. That's what good businesses do. Thanks Todd keep up the good work!"
