"This is a great hotel, very accommodating, very comfortable, very clean, restaurants attached so you have room service which was a little pricey but so worth it when you don't feel like going anywhere. We didn't have a fridge or microwave in our room but they were spacious and the television was a little small but I didn't care. I just wanted to sleep comfortably. This hotel is pretty basic for 200 bucks. You don't get any bells and whistles. The shampoo, conditioner and lotion and body wash is very powerful smells. I use them but I think next time I'll bring my own shampoo. Most Hiltons offer eye makeup removers this one did not. Love Hilton but at this location it's pretty expensive without the bells and whistles!"

View on Google"We had a great stay. Check-in was smooth, and we even got an early check-in with a complimentary upgrade — a nice surprise. Of course, we got our warm cookies too. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. We parked on the street, which was free over the weekend, and the location made it easy to walk to the nearby Lincoln sites. Overall, a convenient and enjoyable stay right in the heart of downtown Springfield."
