"Great beds, quiet room. The gym is small but great. I appreciate kettle bells ranging up to red (32kg) and the dumbbells up to 110lbs. #GAINS while on layovers."

View on Google"The first time I stayed here with my husband, it was great. Second time, by myself, not so much! The lady who assisted me was not friendly. it seems I was a bother to her. My key cards did not work, so I had to go back to the desk. She told me that I must have demagnetized it with something. I literally left the front desk, key cards in my hand, headed to my room, and I told her that. She gave me the keys back that she supposedly redone, that didn't work either! She told me she would watch me and told she would come down if I couldn't get in. She did come down with new key cards, but proceeded to tell me that I must have been entering the card wrong! Shame on her! This was not my first time using a key card on a hotel door! Her cards did work, and I told her I did the same thing with my cards. By this time I am not in the greatest mood. I went on with my evening. Checking out went better, thankfully. Customer service skills are lacking in the world today! I have been in customer service all of my career, so it's irritating to me when I experience these types of encounters. I did sleep well."
