About The Hotel
Travelers looking for a relaxing escape in Rockford will love the in-room hot tub experience at this Radisson. The hotel sits at #4 out of 29 local hotels on TripAdvisor, with a solid 4.3 rating that shows guests really enjoy their stay.
The in-room Jacuzzi is the real star here. After a long day exploring Rockford or attending a conference, you can sink into your private hot tub and let the jets melt away stress. Each room with a whirlpool offers a personal spa moment without leaving your space. The tub is roomy enough for two and has strong water pressure that hits all the right muscle spots.
Beyond the hot tub, the hotel offers solid extras like free parking, WiFi, a fitness center, and an on-site restaurant. The conference center makes it great for business travelers, while the pool provides another relaxation option. But for hot tub lovers, the in-room whirlpool is the main attraction. "Great beds, quiet room. The gym is small but great. I appreciate kettle bells ranging up to red (32kg) and the dumbbells up to 110lbs. #GAINS while on layovers."

View on Google"The first time I stayed here with my husband, it was great. Second time, by myself, not so much! The lady who assisted me was not friendly. it seems I was a bother to her. My key cards did not work, so I had to go back to the desk. She told me that I must have demagnetized it with something. I literally left the front desk, key cards in my hand, headed to my room, and I told her that. She gave me the keys back that she supposedly redone, that didn't work either! She told me she would watch me and told she would come down if I couldn't get in. She did come down with new key cards, but proceeded to tell me that I must have been entering the card wrong! Shame on her! This was not my first time using a key card on a hotel door! Her cards did work, and I told her I did the same thing with my cards. By this time I am not in the greatest mood. I went on with my evening. Checking out went better, thankfully. Customer service skills are lacking in the world today! I have been in customer service all of my career, so it's irritating to me when I experience these types of encounters. I did sleep well."
