View on Google"Jason that worked this saturday morning does not want to do his job. Great place as long as Jason is not working. Do not take his answer of no early check ins as per policy. He obviously just does not want to work. We came at 2pm to check in and was told we had to wait until 3pm. Several others after us were told the same. We came back at 3pm on the dot and met Michelle at the shift change. I said it’s 3, we are ready to check in since we couldn’t earlier. Jason quickly left and avoided eye contact with me. She said yes you could have! what time did you come? She apologized and was very nice. But unfortunately we probably won’t chose this hotel next time we are in town visiting family. it was apparent that Jason has had complaints before."
