View on Google"Communication and service was great. Nate even helped me carry my luggage up to my 3rd floor room. It seems as though they thought of everything you could need, even ear plugs (altho I didnt need them and slept well). I love how they provided an updated book with all the info you need to know about the hotel and community, even tv/remote directions. I found it really helpful. It is only a short walk into town where you can find more then 100 shops. Take the Trolly Tour if you have time. Loved the ride, narrator, and learning the history of Galena as well as some other interesting tid bits! Well done Nate and staff. I would definitely stay again."
