"We got the jacuzzi in the room, I've never seen one so clean before.. everything is clean, breakfast has been amazing every morning. It's quiet even though every room is booked!! The pool looks fun and welcept also.. All in all 10/10 we will absolutely be returning!!"

View on Google"I was presently surprised. Our family was going to stay at the casino hotel in Dubuque but the Waterpark was closed on Mon and Tues so that wouldn't work. We came across this hotel and decided on Galena. What a great decision. This town is adorable. So much to do and fun for everyone. The hotel was very nice and quiet. The pool area was all to ourselves (we stayed Sun and Mon night) and very clean. My son loved the big jacuzzi and water slide. They also have a fun arcade. My mom stayed with my son so they had a separate bedroom and living room which worked great. We upgraded to the jetted tub king room for not much more than regular king room! The jetted tub was spotless! No black stuff coming out of the jets. It was so relaxing. Our room was spotless and updated. The bed was comfortable. We also had a ceiling fan above the bed! I loved that. The room also had a sink, fridge and microwave. The showers have a lot of water pressure which is great. Tons of hot water. Breakfast area was clean and plentiful. The food was good. Loved the breakfast egg rolls! My son has a peanut allergy and this buffet was great for not having cross contaminated items. There was peanut butter available but in single sealed containers. The coffee and tea bar were great to have 24/7. The staff was very friendly and my mom said Emma was great when handling the reservations. We will definitely be back and maybe starting a new annual trip here."

View on Google"One night stay, while visiting Galena. So convenient! The room was great. Very clean & comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and answered all questions easily. Continental breakfast has tons of choices and something for everyone. Loved the swimming pool with slide, too. Baby & toddler pool for the little ones. Hot tub is very large and tiled. Definitely recommend. Quality accommodations for a fair price."
