View on Google"While touring with my band Christopher Shayne I had left a jacket behind in the room. I didn't notice it until I returned home 3 days later and immediately contacted the hotel. I spoke with Lisette who informed me they had the jacket and she promptly sent it out. It didn't cost me that much for the shipping (definitely worth shipping than having to purchase a new jacket) and I received it in a timely manner. The rooms and location was clean, comfortable and top notch. I would definitely recommend Comfort Suites Elgin Northwest. Thanks again Lisette and company!"
