What guests are saying about Holiday Inn Express & Suites Effingham:
"Great rooms, cleanliness and comfortable and amenities are great too! The front desk people I dealt with were very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!"

View on Google"The room was very comfortable, and the bed provided an excellent night’s rest. The location was also quite convenient. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience did not meet expectations. The bacon lacked flavor and texture, resembling paper strips. The cream cheese and whipped spread appeared to be artificial substitutes rather than authentic products, and many of the offerings felt generic. The cinnamon raisin bread and bagels were noticeably dried out, as though they had been left exposed to air. When I shared my concerns with the front desk, I was disappointed to overhear staff members from both the kitchen and front desk discussing the matter in an unprofessional manner. While the accommodations were pleasant, the breakfast quality and staff conduct left a negative impression."
