"Stayed here this week for 4 nights. Amazing experience. The rooms and hotel are beautifully decorated, the staff is incredibly friendly (shoutout to Camron who checked us in although everyone else was equally as friendly). The amenities are awesome, especially how dog friendly they are. Location is great. Overall well deserved 5 stars. The only thing that I will say we didnt love is the restaurant. Although the vibe is beautiful, the food wasnt very tasty and it also took a long time to be prepared."

View on Google"Absolutely love this place! The vibe is warm, stylish, and chic without feeling cookie cutter. Everything was spotless, and from the moment we arrived the staff made the stay special. The valet was always quick and friendly, and the front desk team was consistently helpful, professional, and welcoming every time we needed something. We stayed in a Junior Suite and it was incredible. The views were great, the bed was a little soft but still cozy, and the bathroom stole the show. The freestanding tub inside the shower felt like a full spa experience and alone made the stay worth every penny. The rooftop bar Pandan was a fun spot too. Drinks leaned a little sweet and service could have been faster, but it was still worth visiting and much better than what used to be there. The restaurant on the grounds had plenty of options and everything we tried was delicious. The location is also fantastic with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions nearby. I have stayed at a few different hotels in Chicago, and this one is by far my favorite."
