"What can I say about this hotel? Absolutely everything is good! Room: spacious, adequate charging points. Breakfast: variety of set menus for even the fussiest daughter i have. It is delicious and foc refill of coffee. Staff : friendly and helpful. Location: is convenient and comes with a Starbucks at level 1 if u r a Starbucks person. Extra point : level 1 had a happy hour of free chardonnay & merlot served by a beautiful lady. It is from 3 to 6pm. You are able to bring it up to your room too. Thats something I dont see other hotels doing it and is unique and generous! Meanwhile, definitely would recommend kimpton hotels and this shall be our choice of hotels should we travel to those countries that have."

View on Google"location is super central downtown which is great if you want tourist shopping areas but we didn’t really so that’s on us - but it was a good deal and Kimpton is always a great stay. staff was great to us and restaurant was decent for brunch. rooftop HH was mid and ambiance was very odd but then again it is January, downtown and it was a big football weekend.. overall great place. they should get someone else to write the cards though - it’s hard to read"

View on Google"We had a great experience staying at this hotel! The hotel and rooms are very clean and well kept. The location felt safe. There is always a doorman at the entrance. The front doors lock at night and require your room key to get in. You also need a key to access the elevators. We were here over the Christmas holiday and the hotel/rooms were always very quiet. I accidentally paid for parking at The Poetry Garage via the garage website when I should have charged it to my hotel room. Malika went out of her way to work with The Poetry Garage to have my charge reversed and billed through the hotel instead. I sincerely appreciate her helping with this! To get the contracted hotel rate, you need to get a validation slip from the hotel front desk. Do not purchase the “hotel parking” package from The Poetry Garage’s website. The garage is a great place to self park if not using hotel valet. It’s extremely clean and felt safe. Their customer service was also great to work with when trying to fix the aforementioned billing issue! They also left a very cute note with sparkling water and Albanese gummy bears in our room upon arrival! :)"
