"Near a freeway, with little to no traffic noise or zero public safety sirens. Hot water is immediate. Rooms are clean. The room was warm in winter with the heat pump operating fairly quietly."

View on Google"Update: I was directly contacted by the hotel today and told the pet fees would be refunded to my account. We had a very pleasant conversation and I had the distinct feeling this hotel would do everything it could (within reason), to remedy any concerns you might have with their facility and your stay. Yes - they won me as a customer and I'll return with the grandkids. Hotel was clean enough but rooms showing a little age, ie., rust/mold in areas of bathroom. They light up the outside of the hotel like the Taj Mahal and the shades in the room are not sufficient to keep light out. Be surprised with the pet fees. I was charged $148 as an add on for "traveling with pet", as well as a $50 pet fee. I should probably just be dishonest and not claim a pet until discovered, but that's not the way I was raised. Not sure why the $50 extra was charged at check-in, but after 700 miles and limited options, no place else to stay. Breakfast was limited to your usual quick, nothing special menu. But........how do you run out of apples/bananas for the weekend? Pool was great when it is -1 outside and the grandkids loved it. Will I stay again, no. The pet fees alone are outrageous and the inability to maintain a basic breakfast bar with fruit is almost comical."
