Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui

"Oh my goodness, what an amazing hotel. From the moment we arrived at Fairmont Kea Lani, the experience felt special. The lobby area is absolutely outstanding and immediately sets the tone. The check-in process itself was smooth, however we were unfortunately told different things by different staff members, which caused some confusion about our stay. We also had one disappointing interaction with a receptionist, which was quite disheartening. This was raised with the general manager team and we truly appreciate how seriously it was taken. Their response was prompt, professional, and solution-focused. On a very positive note, Chris at the Pilina Bar is an absolute legend and a true asset to Fairmont Kea Lani. He genuinely made our stay, always friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about Maui, happy to create new drinks, and such a kind, funny, and engaging person. Chris is a big reason we will be returning. The omelette chefs at breakfast were also incredible, super friendly and made delicious omelettes every morning! It was such a lovely way to start the day. The facilities, the beach, the pools and cabanas, honestly everything about this place is amazing. The atmosphere is stunning and incredibly relaxing, and the sushi is absolutely exceptional. Despite the one unfortunate interaction, we didn’t let it take away from the rest of our stay. We will absolutely be back thanks to Chris, the omelette chefs, how beautiful and calming the resort is, and the way management listened to us and resolved the issue so quickly. Thank you for an otherwise unforgettable stay."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Fairmont Resort in Maui is absolutely unbelievable. The property itself is stunning, my room was outstanding—spacious, modern, and offering incredible ocean views. That said, the true highlight of this resort is the customer service. Every single person who works here goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of. It genuinely feels like home. The restaurants are exceptional, with food that is consistently delicious and thoughtfully prepared. From start to finish, it’s been an absolute pleasure staying here. I can’t wait to return."

"We had another wonderful stay at the Fairmont Kea Lani in Maui. We really appreciated the welcome snacks and beverages that were in our suites upon arrival, thanking us for being (4th time) return customers. The suites are very up-to-date and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The location of the resort on the water and on the walking path in Wailea can't be beat. We loved walking and running on the path every morning. We also enjoyed the market each day for breakfast and Nick's Fish Market one night for dinner. Poolside, we usually found chairs in a timely fashion and the service for food and beverages was excellent. We loved the new bar in the lobby. It was our first time using it, since it was added a couple years ago. We will definitely return to the Fairmont Kea Lani, as it has become a special place for our family!"
