"Gorgeous resort! Incredible ocean views. Two large pools with multiple areas and some small slides. The lagoon area is cool but minimal seating nearby. Very fun to watch the trainers work with the dolphins. We ate at the Italian restaurant on site and thought it was good. Service was great, everyone was so friendly except when trying to order food poolside which took a while. Rooms were spacious and clean!"

View on Google"Beautiful resort and wonderful staff!! The following are items to note: *The trams are incredibly SLOW; so be prepared to walk. (The boats are also not currently operating.) *The Palace Tower is currently being renovated; we were unaware of this prior to booking our room. *The area infront of the hotel for check-in and valet services is small and as a result is very hectic given so many customers/visitors. *Their definition of an 'Ocean View' may be what other hotels list as a 'Partial Ocean View'. We paid for an upgraded Ocean View and as the pictures show had a partial view of the ocean."
