What guests are saying about Four Seasons Resort Oahu At Ko Olina:
"This was our first stop during our Hawaii holiday trip, and honestly, it ended up being the best one. Even though our room was ready a bit later than expected, the hotel handled it beautifully by offering us a credit (around $100), which was very appreciated. More importantly, the staff was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire stay — truly top-tier service. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean. The overall property and infrastructure are excellent, very well maintained, and feel luxurious without being overwhelming. The adults-only pool was fantastic, and the main pool area was equally great — relaxing, well organized, and never felt chaotic. Food across the resort was consistently delicious, and service everywhere was attentive and warm. Everything felt seamless and thoughtfully managed. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. When I return to Oahu — and I definitely will — this is absolutely where I would stay again. Highly recommended."

They offer valet parking (paid), but if you’re lucky, you might find one of the few free spots available. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, and my friends were even greeted with beautiful orchid leis when they checked in — such a warm Aloha welcome that instantly makes you feel like you’re in Hawaii. The room they stayed in was gorgeous — a comfy king bed, a spacious bathroom, and a nice balcony to enjoy the view. Each evening, housekeeping would prepare the pull-out bed, which was a thoughtful touch. The room came with a mini fridge and a coffee/tea station, and I really appreciated the resort’s eco-friendly details like refillable tin water bottles. The amenities are amazing — a great gym, and even basketball, soccer, and pickleball courts. The resort also has its own private beach area that’s perfect for families. The water is calm and safe for kids, and they provide free lounge chairs and towels. Plus, there are shops within walking distance, including a Starbucks right across the street and, of course, an ABC Store for all the essentials. Overall, for the price, it’s absolutely worth it. It’s a little far from the city and airport, but the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds makes it a perfect getaway. Tips: • There’s a small area for free parking — check there first before using valet. • Take advantage of the free paddle boards at the beach — such a fun bonus! Would definitely recommend the Four Seasons Oahu at Ko Olina to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing Hawaiian resort experience."

View on Google"This review is LONG overdue, as we spend 12 glorious days every year at the Four Seasons Ko Olina to celebrate my birthday. As always, our stay was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we checked in, Ellie Peoples came out to personally greet us and provide us her business card in the event we needed anything; of course, all of our needs were met during our stay! I returned from a wonderful first day at the pool and was delighted to find a birthday surprise of champagne, sparkling water, cake, and a beautiful fruit tray waiting for me from Janet. This is precisely why we make it a point to visit every year and spend 12 days of joy. The staff is truly amazing! ❤️ Management must be leading by example, as we are thrilled to see the same outstanding staff members who make our experience such a memorable one! The staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers, were incredibly friendly and professional. I captured as many names as I could, as these staff members had an impact on our glorious stay. My apologies, as I know I did not get all of the names that I wanted to include in this review. Dr. Mai Tai Christian La Hiki Joseph, Aaron, Matthew And all of the lovely hostesses (who always remembered our favorite area/table we like to sit in, and it was always available): Wendy, Kamry, Sarina, Tiffany, Wendy, Kaitlin Adult Pool Seth Sisters: Moani & Sanoe Morganne, Kaysee All staff members at: * Manolo Lounge * Noe * Mina's Fish House(Hostesses gave us the BEST table for our last night of stay) * Five One Six I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return just to see the staff which we consider our "Ohana"."
