"I travel very often for work, booking for, and traveling with a large (40+) group - I was very impressed by the staff here, they personified southern hospitality, and made the overall stay fantastic! The regional manager, Douglas, made the booking portion (which is typically a small headache), extremely easy and quick! When we checked in, Raymond was fantastic - likely the most smooth and efficient check in process I've had with my group of 40+. With a very pleasant conversation to match! O'Daylis was definitely the most helpful breakfast attendant I've had at an hotel, made sure the entirety of my group got and had what they needed, myself included, and was even familiar with our drive back home and offered a few awesome sites/places to pit stop on the way back! Will definitely stay here again in the future, and will recommend to my colleagues that travel this way!"

"Brooks Family Reunion July 4th-6th We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Thomasville! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. Doug, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure our family had everything we needed. He made sure we had access to the meeting room and the back patio—which was even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures online! Maria and Dallas were also incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Any time we had a question or request, they handled it with care and kindness. Even when a concern came up, Doug stepped in right away and made it right without hesitation. We truly appreciated the hospitality and had a great experience overall. Highly recommend this location if you’re visiting the area!"

"Very clean. Amenities well stocked. The attendants for the continental breakfast were very friendly, attentive and communicative. They need a raise!! There are negatives that couldn't be helped. Building not solidly constructed. You can hear every vehicle that passes by on US-19. Floor groans excessively when you walk down the hall. Doors have to be slammed to close properly. And almost every time I walked past the desk, someone was having an issue with their reservation."
