"Our family really enjoyed our stay. We had a 2 queen bedroom suite and with us being a family of 5 this room definitely met our needs. Door separating the bedroom from the living room is an added bonus, spactious living room with a pull out couch, mini fridge, microwave, and of course a coffee/tea station. Breakfast is included and its not continental! They also have an indoor pool, small gym, and choice of using the stairs or an elevator. Hotel isn't the newest but was very quiet, clean, and staff is super friendly. We especially enjoyed all christmas decorations the front desk clerk put up! She was so nice and accommodating. Let's not forget the sweetest woman who cooks the breakfast, checks on you while eating, and insists on cleaning up for you. All in all, the best hotel staff I've met. The hotel is a short walk from downtown but it has a few hidden gems right in the area."

View on Google"My family and I checked in around 5:30pm on December 1st and from the moment we got there, we were greeted with exceptional service! The front desk lady was so sweet! Made us feel very welcomed and gave us great recommendations before we even asked! I wish I got her name but she was amazing definitely deserves a raise! Room was beautiful and breakfast was great as well! I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Helen GA!"

View on Google"Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Temperature control in the room was very accurate. Breakfast was a nice spread with eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles and many other items. Plenty of coffee and fruit juices were available. Very easy check out simply by texting."
