"We had a group of rooms for my mother's birthday and it was sensational! Rhonda arranged for everything and she is an absolute GEM. Really went out of her way to set up everything, and I mean everything, and was personally invested in making sure we were happy. This is exactly how a hotel is supposed to be run. The rooms were wonderful--charming, "Old Florida". They were on the water and we'd wake up in the morning an take our coffee out back to watch the pelicans, dolphins and manatees. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Dunedin, or Pinellas County for that matter."

View on Google"Great waterfront lodging at the head of downtown. Very walkable with easy access to the Pinellas Trail. The room was quite large and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating."

View on Google"Stayed here for a couple of days with family and had a great time. The rooms are spacious and bright with natural light. Shout out to Ely for making this stay extra special. Ely helped me out a few times with some mishaps during our stay. He is one of the friendliest and most genuine employee I interacted with while there."
