"The room was beautiful, customer service was very nice for the most part, location was pretty. My only issue was that it took about 2 hours to get a response from room service? And the first night there was some issues with the tv being connected to the WiFi. I was able to figure it out (you’ll have to connect the tv to the WiFi using your phone) aside from a few minor set backs it was a lovely experience and everyone was really patient and kind in their service. All in all I’d come back again! Beds are comfy, the hot tub is amazing, rooms are clean ☺️"

"Pleasantly surprised. Great place, clean and very friendly staff. Steakhouse - Needs an update and a menu revision. The salad bar was ok. Needs less bacon bits in pasta salads. Need to get the creme Brule under control. Lastly, the fried chicken.... no."
