"We have stayed in these timeshares, behind the hotel, a few times. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Be sure to bring anything you would need for cooking (a few basic cooking items are available, but bring your own to be sure you have everything you need, including coffee, etc.). A couple of pods for washing clothes were available and a couple of dishwasher pods and some dish soap (dish soap bottle was basically empty). Cleaning could have been better-cobwebs on walls and ceiling, ceiling fans inside and outside were dirty, counters needed wiping down, the patio door had tiny fingerprints everywhere, cabinets throughout needed to be cleaned out, definitely outdated but also cozy enough for our needs. Tv didn’t work in the main bedroom, but the one in the living room and other room worked. Shower/tub in the other room, same issue with finding the sweet spot for a temp, turning off and on. Jacuzzi didn’t as well as expected, we had to find the sweet spot to get the water to turn off and for temp, the wall unit worked for the jacuzzi but not on the actual jacuzzi. Carpet in the bathroom. The surrounding areas outside of the unit-clean. We sat in the lobby for a bit-clean and peaceful. Hot tub in the main hotel was nice, not hot but more than lukewarm. The sauna was not over hot, tolerable. The pools clean and other outside areas-clean. Love the convenience of the location to downtown, restaurants, shopping and access to the main highway. It is an older property. We know what to expect here, will definitely return."

"Need frying pan in room bought one so could have breakfast. Tried to check in early and Lady said NO NOT til 4pm. Otherwise clean vary nice workman and clean outside loved the play set for kids sand . Would come back for our timeshare"

"My family have been timeshare owners here since before I was born. We always have a good time. The kids love the sand play grounds and the pool. It’s also a short drive to all the fun things Hot Springs has to offer. If you have a boat the dock is nice and very large. The only thing is that I wish they did more updates on the rooms. The size of the suites is great and the beds are always comfortable. But the carpets could use replacing and some of the fixtures updated. Other than that we always enjoy our time here."
