Country Inn & Suites by Radisson

"Very friendly/ informative staff. Location was great. Approximately 7miles from downtown Hot Springs. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Con- our rooms lights by the beds didn't work and the tub was a bit clogged and didn't drain well when showering. (Room 202)But we had wall plugs to charge our phones by the bed and by the desk. Has a small indoor pool thats 5ft at the deepest point with a handicapped lift. Water was a bit cool. Pool towels provided but a bit small. Breakfast was satisfying with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffle maker, doughnuts, muffins and bagels available along with assorted juices/ milk and coffee. We unfortunately had a young group of people across from us who had a crazy altercation that woke pretty much the whole floor that night but that's not the hotels fault. Not sure if this is a regular occurrence in this area or just bad luck for our stay that night."

"Country Inn & Suites - Hot Springs I made reservations to stay here, last minute, for a meeting. The hotel overall was good. The staff were friendly. The lobby was clean. A nice touch they added for guests is a cookie counter. Be sure to take one when you stay here. They tasted delicious and soft, too. My room was good overall. It was a bit odd that it was the only room located between gym and hotel storage room. The room itself was nice, big and clean. Comfortable bed and shower was good too. Nice water pressure. Breakfast room was good size to sit and enjoy breakfast. They had a pretty good sausage, biscuits and gravy that surprisingly tasted really good. The juice machine was out of service. But, hotel staff defused that with providing milk, orange and cranberry juice in a small fridge. The stay here was pleasant. It’s in a good location with shopping and dining options, nearby. I wouldn’t mind staying here again."
