"I wish I could rate this Gorgeous Bed and Breakfast more than 5 stars. Cody and Joe were Amazing Hosts. The Parlour Suite was so luxurious and I truly felt pampered and relaxed. The Hot Breakfast was perfectly cooked, including homemade apple strudel. The homemade lemon bars and brownies were better than a bakery. Their location is quiet, off of the main street, however it is just a very short walk into town for shops, restaurants and of course, the Hot Springs Spas. We also wanted to go to the Crator of Diamonds State Park about 1 hour away. Cody and Joe even provided some "mining equipment" for us to use for this fun excursion. Thank you again for an amazing stay!"

The food was probably our favorite part. We wanted to go on an early hike before Saturday’s rain, so they accommodated us by providing delicious breakfast burritos and fresh food bagged up outside our door by 6:45 am. They sent us off with yummy breakfast sandwiches on homemade Hawaiian rolls when we wanted to head out again early on Monday morning. The sit down breakfast was also delicious with homemade blueberry pancakes, bacon and eggs. There were also homemade treats, trail mix, fruit, tea and soda set out for us all times of day. The property itself was beautiful and maintained its vintage charm. It is walkable to anything downtown, including the bathhouses, restaurants, shops, etc. Comfortable beds to come back to after a long day of hiking. Highly recommended when visiting Hot Springs."

Downtown was a short walk. The house felt very safe, locked at all times with a code to get in. The house is gorgeous, finely decorated. The owners are beyond friendly, accommodating, and helpful. All staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful, too. The breakfasts were sheer delight. Having snacks, an ice maker, and dessert ready and waiting at all times was perfect. The chocolate cake was heaven. Thank you, Joe and Cody, for the delightful experience. Next time I visit Hot Springs, I know where I'm staying!"
