"Slept good. Rooms could use some maintenance. Tub drain didn’t stay open for a shower. Toilet paper holder falls out of the drywall. TV remote didn’t work. Window shades didn’t open, bad remote I’m guessing. Breakfast was good, coffee was great. For the cost I was happy and will come back."

"Nice clean comfortable place to stay. A little funky though, not your typical Best Western. Looks to have been a buy out and remodel. They've got an indoor pool, yet all the rooms face the parking lot like a motel. Decent continental breakfast buffet and the staff was all very friendly and helpful."

What's the difference between a jacuzzi, whirlpool, and soaking tub?

Jacuzzi

Technically a brand name, but used generically for any jetted tub. In hotel listings, "jacuzzi suite" almost always means a private in-room tub with built-in air or water jets. Heat is usually preset; jets are user-controlled.

Whirlpool

Functionally identical to a jacuzzi — water jets circulate heated water for a massage effect. The term is more common at Marriott, Hilton, and Wyndham brands. Most "whirlpool suites" hold two adults comfortably.

Soaking tub

Deeper than a standard bathtub, usually 18–22 inches, but with no jets. Common in boutique and luxury hotels — quieter, more spa-like, and better for a long hot soak than the jet-driven hum of a jacuzzi.

Hot tub
