"First of all Kailey Kinne is the best most hospitable person you could ever imagine. She was so helpful, she showed us where the trolley was. She made sure we had everything in our room. She gave us suggestions of restaurants to eat at the location is phenomenal. The trolley is right next door to the hotel. The rooms are extra clean and smell clean and the beds were comfortable again. I cannot say enough about your phenomenal employee. The front desk manager Kailey Kinne. If y'all have more employees like her, that place would just be phenomenal. She went far and beyond making us feel comfortable, and she even came late at night to let us in our room. We came all the way from Texas and we ran late and she helped us out with the most cheerful attitude. You could imagine. This woman deserves a raise. She is magnificent."

"We adore this hotel in Eureka Springs! It's the only place we stay when we are in the area. Close to town, TONS of easy parking spots (right by your room), and dog friendly- who could ask for more?! The massive Hot tub and pool are incredible for every season (also kid friendly too)!! The hotel rooms are very big, nice and clean, and the noise level is low. Lighting by mirror is great and large windows let in natural light. Very easy to get a good nights sleep here as the beds are very comfortable soft yet supportive. Located near the upper part of town, so we even found late night food available close by after all other restaurants had closed. There is a free trolley stop at the hotel too, that goes right down into Eureka Springs downtown area, which is only about a mile away or so. Visited during Porsche weekend, what fun! 100% would recommend this place and the staff is beyond helpful every time!!!"

"The Osage Creek Lodge is very nice! The hot tub was my favorite part of the stay. The lobby is very nicely decorated and the event room in the back is just perfect for small gatherings. The desk attendant at the time (Kayla) was so sweet and helpful. She was very attentive and even helped give me directions on places to eat in town. The rooms are cleaned and well maintained, I would love to come back."
