What guests are saying about Sheraton Tucson Hotel & Suites.
"Stayed here for 3 nights over Labor Day Weekend. The hotel is in the middle of a remodel so the outside of it looks a little like a construction site. That bring said, the renovated rooms are very nice. It was comfortable and clean, but be aware the bed in on the firm side. Room came stocked with coffee maker, Starbucks coffee, Tazo tea, and 2 bottles of water daily. The fridge is a real fridge (not a wine cooler), and the bedside lamps have USB ports. The bathroom has an easy-entrance shower with a glass 1/2 partition door. Staff was friendly and welcoming, especially the maitre d' at the breakfast buffet. The buffet had varied hot choices daily, which was good quality and well stocked. My only complaint was the atmosphere at the pool. The pool is beautiful, but the selfish attitude of teens and young adults playing their own music loudly on a personal bluetooth speaker while eating and drinking on the pool deck made for an unpleasant swim. I would definitely stay here again, as it's a very good value in Tucson."

View on Google"The Sheraton Tucson Hotel & Suites rests as a peaceful oasis in on the outskirts of the Sonoran City of Tucson – part of the wild west, but not as wild as you may think. The amenities here are well worth the stayover. The modernistic architecture blends incredibly well with the rustic, desolate yet beautiful natural surrounding landscape. My wife and I occasionally visit Tucson from our home in Phoenix, and when we do, the Sheraton Tucson Hotel & Suites is usually our preferred accommodation. Whether your into just the rooms, want to enjoy fitness access, want some swimming and relaxing, meditate through and calming botanical garden, or have some decent eats – here’s the place in Tucson. Our stays here have always been comfortable and inviting. Having the occasion to regularly stay over many lodgings across and occasionally outside the country, and by no means a professional hotel reviewer by any means, and not a regular business traveler - but as a primarily pleasure and needs wanderer, I have developed what I consider is my concise method for scoring the worthiness of each hotel visited. My criteria are as follows and the results are: 1) ease of access to and from public or private ground transportation [Score: 3.8]; 2) convenient and safe parking [Score : 4.5]; 3) access, accuracy and convenience of check in and check out [Score: 4.0]; 4) atmosphere, ambience, public facilities, lounging areas and access to an office center and Wi-Fi access [Score: 4.0 ]; 5) overall customer service - including but not limited to Hospitality, Support Services, Concierge knowledge, communication, attitude and demeanor of staff [Score: 4.5]; 6) quality, cleanliness, value, convenience, amenities (i.e., ironing board, iron, TV, charging access, phone, et.al.) and comfort of rooms, beds, room safe and/or valet services [Score: 4.0]; Taking all the aforementioned categories in a scale of 1 star to 5 stars with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best a hotel can be! This hotel rates a: 4.1. Most positive point(s) at this hotel is/are: its location to the city, its incredible atmosphere, and for sure the surrounding topography, geography and nature. My price to value to overall assessment is positive and I do plan on returning."
