"From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Alison at the front desk things were off to a great start! We were in town for a birthday and she made us feel so special and taken care of including some surprise birthday treats and making sure we were staying in the best possible room to fit our needs. We even got recommendations and well wishes from a nice gentleman from the corporate offices, John! The entire hotel staff were both kind and accommodating including Robert, who was in charge of all the activities that took place at the hotel. He always checked in on us and made sure we were having a good time. We were given great restaurant suggestions and shown a calendar of the activities that were taking place at the hotel. Even the front desk staff at the spa was really great and were able to fit us in for a last minute appointment. One of the GM's, Garret, also went above and beyond, helping with things that some would consider out of their scope of duties, like running around to find K-cup coffee pods for the coffee machine. The more zen like activities offered were amazing such as a drum circle, walking the labyrinth, and looking at the stars. All in all we left feeling special, well taken care of, and like we had met some of the kindest people ever. The property itself is simply magical with the best views, events, and vibes- perfect if you have a special occasion you are looking to celebrate or a romantic getaway."

My husband and I were passing through with our dog, Indy, and this place was so incredible, we booked another stay the next morning! They're SO very dog-friendly: we received a goodie bag, a cute little card, the friendly staff gave our fur baby tons of treats and love, they provided bowls and a small bed in our room, and the restaurant has the cutest doggie menu - our pup got spoiled with steak tartare every meal during our stay! The rooms themselves are gorgeous! That was the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. They have refill stations for your water bottles, two hot tubs to soak in, a beautiful pool, a cozy firepit area, lots of free parking, a wonderful spa, and the best food at The Rascal (order anything! It will all be amazing!). I can't wait for us to come back here with friends, this was definitely the top-teir highlight of our road trip out West. We will absolutely be booking a trip here again next year and hopefully every year! 100/10 A++ PS: if you forgot your bathing suit, the spa sella options!"

George in the spa was very welcoming and helpful! Unfortunately it was closed due to a flood our last day when we wanted to use it, but enjoyed it the other days. Restaurant and bar are great. Fire places out back are very cozy. It’s a great price for all that you get. Ask for a room facing the red rocks! They knew it was our anniversary and left us champagne and chocolates in our room which was a lovely touch!"
