"This is an awesome hotel, located in a great area to allow for walking to dinner/shopping over at Scottsdale Quarter. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice BUT I did not appreciate the 5 minute walk to get back to the room every single time with a child who is less than 1 years old (see video). Everything is well maintained though and I appreciated all of the things to do and places to go nearby!"

View on Google"I recently stayed at The Westin Kierland Resort and Spa for a conference and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and extremely well run. The conference and meeting spaces were excellent and worked perfectly for our group. The staff did a great job with all of our meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything was well organized and very well prepared. The entire conference was smooth and enjoyable from beginning to end. Overall, this is a first class resort with a first class conference center. A really good experience all around."

From the outdoor seating areas to the restaurant, every space is thoughtfully designed and visually stunning. The evening reception was held outdoors, overlooking the golf course, with a full bar and an impressive spread of delicious finger foods. The staff’s service was exceptional—attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The breathtaking scenery and relaxed ambiance make you want to linger and enjoy the setting even longer. The breakfast served during the conference was fresh, healthy, and well-presented. The valet service was also outstanding. Even though I couldn’t get a room at the same hotel since it was fully booked, the valet team went above and beyond by safely storing belongings so I didn’t have to carry them around all day. Overall, I have only wonderful things to say about this property and the incredible level of service it provides."
