The resort is absolutely beautiful, blending luxury with warmth and comfort, and everything felt seamless for our family stay. The staff is what really makes this place shine. Dinner at Hecho Libre was fantastic — our server Elle was attentive, kind, and created a beautiful birthday experience for my mother-in-law and uncle that made the evening unforgettable. We also loved the Cima pool bar, where Alan made exquisite cocktails and was incredibly polite and friendly — top-tier service all around. If you want amazing service, gorgeous surroundings, and a memorable experience, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back! 👏✨🌴"

"I loved the Kimpton Miralina! The updated rooms are modern and stylish. I enjoyed many offerings across the resort including excellent F&B at Hecho Libre, a great/ relaxing spa service and beautiful new pools. The staff is also wonderful and attentive. Will definitely be returning."

"Stayed here at the end of December into January. Renovations are still ongoing as I was informed before booking. We stayed in an updated room and while they are nice and new the showers left a bit to be desired. I thought since the room was new the bed wouldn't be soft yet but alas it was! I believe 5/6 pools/hot tubs were open during out stay. Lovely pools. I wish they were just a bit warmer in the winter months. The hot tubs were great. Gym is really nice. I believe there are two at least but we only saw one. The lobby is finished and really nice. The staff is excellent. For the price I'd stay again but would like to go back when renovations are complete to really enjoy it all. Good location for us, off a main street but once you're in the hotel you don't feel that at all. All in all would go again."
