"I go to Scottsdale a few times a year and this is my favorite hotel to stay at . The rooms are spacious and clean. They gym, fitness classes and spa are excellent. Great food options right on site. Beautiful well curated boutiques if you are looking to buy something to take home. Multiple pools. The service is impeccable-- the open the door of the vehicle you arrive in, take your bag, are kind, attentive and friendly. They offer a shuttle for small trips nearby and its is prompt, clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and the property is large so you can get a bit of exercise just walking around."

Enjoyable breakfasts at the American Kitchen where the hostess was able to see all of us (18) near each other both mornings. Delicious dinner at La Hacienda on the patio. Enjoyed photos with Santa although the camera setup that the Elf uses creates a slightly skewed/compressed perspective of the photo that is purchased; but it's appreciated that we were able to take our own photos too since all the individual families wanted photos with Santa. Many other good photo ops throughout the property. Family enjoyed all the "rides" especially the ice skating, the ice slide, the sleigh ride, and the rides in Twinkle Town. The wait times for the Ferris wheel and the train were too long (more than 45 minutes), even on the VIP side. The Nativity scene was lovely and well done; however, the audio associated with it could be stopped at 10 pm. The balcony of our rooms faced the Nativity and it's repetitive audio was easily heard through our closed doors. We liked the addition of all the snow covered trees on the lower level near Shivers' location. The rooms and beds were very comfortable with great shower pressure. The driveway attendants and porters (Derek) and check in staff (Jacob) and housekeeping were all very pleasant and efficient and friendly and helpful. This was our 2nd Annual Christmas at the Princess with the family, and we all had a wonderful time! One of our sons-in-law expressed it best: "This was such great family time and I didn't scroll on my phone at all.""

Staff are all accommodating and friendly (even a ground’s keeper helped us find our way to the shuttle to go to Toro and walked us over). The shops were all great with unique products, our room was well appointed, and the dining options were excellent. We were delighted with everything."
