Royal Palms Resort and Spa

"This resort was one of my first destinations when I began to explore luxury travel. After having stayed at some of the most luxurious hotels and resorts around the world, I still could not forget their warm welcome, the stunningly scenic and beautiful resort, and the cozy suite they generously upgraded me (never got upgraded to a premium suite without a loyalty account). The resort is so beautifully designed and filled with history. It's not very big, but I got lost because there's so much beauty to explore in every corner. I took so many walks around the property because every walk was so scenic. It was unforgettable, and I have yet to find another property in the US to match the beauty of this resort. I know I used "beauty" a lot, because that's the one big word I can't pop out of my head whenever I recall this stay. Anyways, I think I'll be revisiting many times in the future once I'm done with my international wishlists. The standards this resort set is hard to beat, and I'd say this is still the BEST hotel/resort I've stayed with in the US, and top 5 globally."

"Amazing staff. Amazing staff. A great relaxing experience with zero issues or things to improve. They did it right and continue. Pool with drinks and food, great restaurant with good size portions making the price very reasonable. Drinks are well done! Good cigars sold at the bar with great drinks. Best relaxing vaca in a long time."

"Very well maintained and spacious grounds. Beautiful palm trees all around and even one growing through the roof of the restaurant. Excellent service staff. Lots of areas and little enclosures where parties of 2-6 people could just sit and relax in quiet and privacy."
