"The front desk staff was exceptional! I apologize for not remembering their name, but they were incredibly welcoming. We had issues with our flights and missed a night of our stay, and as soon as we arrived at the hotel, they made our trip so much better. They were kind, understanding, and checked us in quickly so we could rest right away. Breakfast was great, and while this isn’t a five-star hotel, it met our expectations. The room was clean and we had no issues at all. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!"

View on Google"Stayed here for 12 days bc my husband was in the hospital in midtown. Very safe area, great parking, room was awesome, breakfast was kinda ok but kinda gross. Other Hamptons actually brown the sausage versus microwave. The rates here are top notch. It's cheaper to stay here, rent a car or Uber to midtown than to stay at the midtown hampton! The staff is so AMAZING! The night guy was a little odd but nice. He did educate me on the coffee maker and didn't make me feel like a dork which was sweet. I will stay here EVERY time we need to go to Barrows. There were a few nights that the basement level reeked of pot coming from staff lounge, hallways smell kind of weird, hot water takes a bit. The maids are really sweet too."

View on Google"Very good location in a nice neighborhood, near the Heart Rhythm Institute of Arizona. My husband had to have a pacemaker and this hotel definitely fit the bill. Close by with wonderful rooms, roomy, beds were so comfy with choice of pillows, customer service at the desk was awesome and caring. And the included hot breakfast was delicious 😋. And a few restaurants within walking distance. We will need to come back for another procedure and will definitely stay here again!"
