Best Western Pony Soldier Inn & Suites

"My husband and I have stayed at a best Western quite a few times in our travels. This was one of the nicest that we stayed in. The help was wonderful. The rooms were fine and the pillows were the greatest pillows I’ve ever slept on. Mattresses were very good too. I would recommend it. It’s also in a safe area."

"Rooms were good, clean. I stay at Best Westerns very often, the Kingman ones for example are updated and super nice. Again the rooms were clean which is super important. I called the hotel a lot of times as I was trying to let them know the time of arrival ans I could never reach the front desk. I called the number here on Google maps and selected option 2 for front desk, then I got a message saying that was a bad selection. At some point I ended up selecting option 1 which was for reservations and I told the customer service person all about not being able to reach the front desk as she mentioned she has noticed that was a problem. That shw had tried herself and has also not been able to reach the hotel. I shared this with the front desk person when I arrived around 10:30pm yesterday and she said it must be my phone because they were fine with an attitude. She wasn't very friendly or helpful in that sense. Other then that everything was great. Also, I liked the fact that the rooms(at least the one we got) was indoors rather the room door being on the outside. Would definitely stay here again"
