“If you’re looking for quiet sleep steer clear from here. People above me have been having a wrestling match for 4 hours but don’t worry they are “handling it.” Sad.. Update: They had a cop show up etc. and told me the people were being “trespassed”.. still did nothing. From 8pm-2am nothing but banging so much it was vibrating the beds… I got to sleep from 2-6am because it was round 3 right at 6. I went to lay my head back down after using the restroom and heard a huge bang at 6am. They will do nothing about it so if you experience this I would ask for a refund and leave. They will just say sorry and keep it pushing. If I could give 0 stars I would. Was also on a business trip so I appreciate it!!” — Daydream46974993077, 1 star

"I am very pleased with my experience here. The staff were very warm and friendly upon greeting me when I got here. Assured me that maintenance and housekeeping are 24/7. Lovely attitudes and room was very cozy. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and can’t say i have ever had such a positive experience from the get go like this. Thank you!"
