“Super friendly helpful staff treated to an upgrade on check-in the rooms are very quiet and restful at a wonderful view from my back porch. Appreciate the daily room cleaning the grounds are spotless. Great on-site restaurant an outdoor seating area. Had a nice shrimp quinoa salad the first night and a chicken sandwich the next night they have live music in the bar area which is a nice touch. Breakfast is great get the omelette. Plenty of free parking and no pesky add-on fees just straightforward wonderful stay. One thing they might want to look at is getting a skimmer for the outdoor pool it is very nice and refreshing however covered with a thick film of bugs. “We stayed here on a road trip I will admit I read reviews on our room 122 and they were not too favorable so I was a little weary. However- we were pleasantly surprised and impressed by good old 122. The rooms look renovated and very spa like. And had a golf course view. The bed was comfortable. Also there was a chaise there which I slept on since I had shoulder surgery. It was perfect. I asked for extra pillows before arriving in the Bonvoy app. They responded quickly. We dined at the Oak and Shea was our server. She was friendly and kind and sincere. The food was excellent. We both had steaks , cheesecake and pecan pie. While I’m not normally fond of hotel restaurants, this one proved me wrong. The hotel over all was really nice and I wish we could have stayed longer.
