"My husband and I loved this hotel! The staff are amazing and such sweet people! The rooms are great and very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the hotel feels very safe. The location is gorgeous and so close to the park it’s also right beside an awesome barbecue place! My favorite was the breakfast and their great coffee maker it had so many options! Free water and coffee 24/7. My only complaint is the keycards, but they assured us the system was old and they’re updating it. Next time we stay in the area we’re definitely gonna want to stay here again!"

View on Google"5 stars My family and I had a great experience from start to finish at the Best Western Plus Oak Mountain Inn in Pelham, Alabama. I really can’t say enough positive things. One of the first things I noticed was the pleasant smell—which is a big deal to me. I can’t stand stinky hotels, and this one was fresh and clean throughout our stay- in the lobby and in our room. The staff was excellent. The front desk team was diligent and helpful, and the breakfast staff worked hard to keep everything stocked and clean. We really enjoyed the breakfast and coffee each morning—it was a great way to start the day. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom had plenty of counter space, which I really appreciated. It had all the basic amenities you expect and need in a hotel. The elevator was fast and convenient. The hotel was very busy with many guests, yet our stay was perfectly quiet, unlike other hotels where you can hear what goes on in the hallway, next-door, upstairs, downstairs. The only minor downside was that the pool was still closed even though the weather was warming up in early April—it doesn’t open until after Labor Day. But that was a small thing compared to how great the overall experience was. Definitely a five-star stay for us!"
