What Guests Are Saying
“It’s a large conference hotel with lots of meeting space - but I was only here one night and enjoyed the comfort. Bed was great, pillows and towels great / you don’t always get that! The usual shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower hotels use these days, but no soap at the sink. Odd? What are you supposed to wash your hands with? My room was spacious, had safe, iron, ironing board, big tv. I enjoyed my brief stay.” — Expattraveler100, 5 stars
“Stayed 1 night pre cruise right after Christmas. The check in was pleasant, very friendly. Hotel was very clean and still decorated for Christmas. The room was laid out nicely. Hotel was walkable to the cruise port and a lot of restaurants. They do have a shuttle to port Has onsite small store with drinks and snacks. Great price to stay before a cruise that included parking for the week. A lot of cruisers stay here, so you can get to know them.” — John C., 5 stars
“Concierge staff deserves a 15/10 A+++ Front desk staff, specifically supervisor Lindsey was rude and does not honor or care about Bonvoy Elite members. Was dismissive about Bonvoy welcome amentiy and when questions were raised, she was rude, and never followed up. (Bonvoy guests are entitied to a $100 cash compensation when certain benefits are not met) In this case they never offered me the welcome amenitiy and further caused aggrivation when they failed to follow up. She admitted she never heard of this compensation and would would call me to follow up, Unfortunatly she never called or followed up.” — Jason I., 1 star

Walking distance to all the downtown restaurants. Great stayed with extremely friendly people. A lot of cruisers stay here."

View on Google"The room and view were nice. My only complaint was the hall light coming on when you approach the thermostat. It is especially annoying when one person gets up during the night and the other is sleeping and the light comes on. We ate breakfast and lunch at the restaurant and service was great as was service at the front desk and bar. Valet service is awesome as well as the convenience to the convention center, train station and cruise terminal."
