“I recently had the opportunity to use the Holiday In Express Conference Room Facilities, and I could not be happier with the experience. The newly remodeled entrance and dining area are the first things guests see when they enter, and it the space feels inviting. I worked with the Sales team (Deanna Jones) to get the area setup, and they were able to meet all of our requests. She also had some great ideas that really made for a terrific party. As the night progressed, we needed assistance from the front desk, and the hostess and staff were all very friendly and helpful. “Our room was clean and comfortable, although we were able to hear road noise all night which was not restful. There were some minor irritants to our stay. We wanted to watch a particular television show (sporting event) but even though we asked twice at the front desk there was no list of channels available, so we just had to keep searching. The refrigerator was out in the breakfast room, so we had to ask for yogurt or cream cheese to be brought out from the kitchen. The first morning breakfast was not very good with the omelets, biscuits and sausages over cooked and dry. There was a different attendant on the second day and breakfast was better. The freezer in the hotel snack shop was not working, so there were no frozen foods available. None of these issues were tragic, just annoying.” — Kristina D., 3 stars
