What Guests Are Saying
“We have stayed at the Westin, Huntsville twice.. both times it was for eight days. All of the employees are very welcoming when you check in! Savannah let us check in a day early and gave us a room that we could keep for the whole stay!! My wife doesn’t like moving from room to room lol..” — Wil R., 5 stars
“The Westin’s Trieste Cafe restaurant staff members Anna, Andriana and Chef TJ are exceptional and the reason I chose and return to the Westin. They are super-attentive, detail oriented, and are especially helpful to a business traveler with a tight schedule. They’re the A- TEAM.” — david P., 5 stars
“The receptionist was lazy as fawk, you can tell when someone enjoys their job simply because they always have the opportunity to put forth minimal effort, we booked online and theres no way to apply a military discount, well turns out we have to mention it to the receptionist before we pay upon arrival. Long story short her excuse for not wanting to do it was “uhh you have to do it when you make your reservation” i guess she thought since we were black she could use her stereotypical judgement to assume we don’t know how hotels work. This place is wildly located in brigdestreet and have less than 4 stars….she’s probably the reason.” — Dino S., 2 stars

What guests are saying about The Westin Huntsville.
"We had a wonderful stay at the Westin and the Element during the dates of November 16th - 18th! We stayed here after our wedding and met some wonderful employees! We were treated kindly and respectfully. We want to thank the Westin night time receptionist (we didn't catch his name), who blessed us with breakfast after learning about our recent wedding! We also wanted to shout out Nadesha (Anna Marie) and Jasmine who were such gracious hosts to us and made breakfast dining very warm and welcoming! We also want to definitely thank Solomon, the element desk receptionist, who when our accommodations didn't work out as planned, made sure that our reservation stayed on track by going above and beyond! Thank you all again for service and hospitality!"

Hotel is in a great location we went shopping and to main event. I had my two children with me one got hurt and the staff was very helpful making sure we had first aid kit to treat my son. I enjoyed my stay. Only complaint is the water pressure in the bathroom sink."

And the shower had rust and mildew on the door and shower floor. The customer service was top notch. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant was very good and even made me custom dishes to my liking. They had a very nice breakfast buffet. The hotel is by great shops and restaurants as well. Nice walking area."
