“We lost water at our house for two days and so I went to the hotel - at no notice and with no reservation - to get a room so that my wife and I could bathe during the outage. The check in staff was very helpful and accommodating (shoutout to Mandi) and let me have a room immediately. All the staff were really nice - even offering to extend my check out time if it would help me. The room was really nice: clean and well-appointed and the bathroom was spotless. “I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. The location was very convenient, with several nearby restaurants just a short drive away. The room was exceptionally clean and had updated plugs, which made it easy to charge all of my devices. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. Mrs. Tonya provided excellent service and made the process quick and easy while ensuring I felt taken care of right away. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. “Sorry to hear that some of you had such a bad stay but your stories are making me feel so important because my time at Hampton Inn Downtown Huntsville in Alabama was amazing. The staff and cleaning crew made me feel so special! Ms. Jones and the cleaning staff showed up on the spot as if they were reading my thoughts! I never called they just showed up! The comforts of the bed and pillows were amazing! I carry a “blue light” when I travel and I had no complaints about anything except the complimentary breakfast wasn’t all day!! Great stay!!
