What Guests Are Saying

“I did not stay there, but my sister did before a major surgery at that ortho place in Huntsville. I wanted to send some flowers to her the night before the surgery, so I got in contact with this hotel on what I could do. Everyone was so helpful! I talked to Seth who walked me through how to order the flowers and get them to the hotel. He also was very patient with me through the whole ordeal. I also talked with Reniece who made sure the flowers made it into the hotel. She even helped me write a note on the card I ordered! If I am ever staying in Huntsville, I will be using the Embassy. They care about their guests like family!” — Aubrey C., 5 stars

“Great location near conference center. Lashana and Chris were fabulous when I checked in. I started frustrated and they took over in a great service response to say “I got you”. Only suggestion is I did check in ahead. Digital key wouldn’t work I am usually tech savvy. And getting in parking wasn’t clear. They addressed it perfectly but I wish they would’ve had more info on site. Otherwise beautiful place.” — tmhmk911, 5 stars

“The positives… on breakfast omelette station and the proximity to Von Braun Center. Negatives … oh my gosh the parking. You enter and exit by swiping the room key …this never worked once …so you have to buzz reception…go through automated answers and then wait for someone to raise the barrier. Every single time you want to enter or exit. So frustrating. Anyway on the whole it’s not your typical decent Hilton experience. The decor looks aged - the reception staff not particularly welcoming or cheery. No one to greet or seat you for breakfast. It’s just grab a table and serve yourself - not the widest choice I.done straightforward black coffee dispenser - no latte/cappuccino etc. basic breakfast but the omelette station was pretty decent. Perfect location for graduation at Von Braun Center and nearby lots of restaurants etc. Spring Park. The bar was empty of people during the day - no warmth or cheer. Rooms average - no kettle but fridge and basic coffee machine ice bucket. Didn’t use pool or gym. All in all very average but the hassle about parking kind of spoilt the stay.” — yorkstar14, 3 stars

"We had a group of 200 people overnight at The Embassy Suites on November 15th. Mrs. Annette made our stay amazing. She met me and guided me to our banquet space, went over the seating, worked out our equipment staying in the room overnight and did everything in such a caring manner. She made sure our breakfast was set up early the next morning and that our group had all they needed. Mrs. Annette is the reason for the 5 stars!! She cared and showed us southern hospitality at its best."

"The room was super clean with plenty of space, and phenomenal value for ask the perks! Makayla at the front desk checked in via text several times which was convenient. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was so attentive. The omelet Stanley made (Vermont Maple Sausage with Vermont White Cheddar and Grilled Onions) was one of the best I've had- even my son who hates eggs thought it was yummy! I was very surprised how quickly everyone was served to order. The customer service was outstanding. We will be on Huntsville for soccer fairly regularly for the foreseeable future and this Embassy Suites will definitely be our "go-to spot"."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites. Every single staff member I interacted with was excellent—friendly, professional, and attentive. The evening social hour was fantastic, and the breakfast was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. The only challenge I encountered was with housekeeping. Unfortunately, the staff assigned to clean the rooms did not speak English, which made it difficult to communicate my specific request—I needed the room cleaned quietly due to two sleeping babies. I stayed for three days, and despite my efforts, the room was never cleaned. Eventually, I simply requested fresh towels instead. It would be helpful if at least one member of the housekeeping team spoke English or if there was a designated point of contact available for guest needs. That said, the rest of the experience was outstanding, and I would gladly return."
