“Due to our Airbnb cancellation, this was our last resort. I would have preferred sleeping on a bench outside. This hotel experience was the worst I’ve ever had. The hotel manager and front desk lady were extremely rude. They told us to book with a third party and then refused to honor our reservation. They didn’t even allow us to get extra towels.
