View on Google"We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Hoover, Alabama for 4 nights while our vehicle was being repaired after a breakdown. The room was very clean, breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. Bridgit especially went above and beyond to help us as there was a College football game and a car race the same weekend. She was able to help us extend our stay on a daily basis, often taking a lot of time on her part while still being very helpful and friendly with other guests. Her help made our unfortunate circumstances a lot less stressful. I would stay at this hotel again with pleasure and would definitely recommend it to others."

It is two days away, but I have encountered the most Customer Service oriented person I’ve met in quite a while. Bridgette A. Has been so attentive and paid attention to all details and actually listened to my need and documented them. It appears that she absolutely loves her job and people.
