“OMG what’s not to love!! We rented our condo on VRBO and the rooms are immaculate! Perfect location to everything!!! The pools & hottubs are exceptional. “Normally would have rated it “Excellent” but had to give it a good review due to circumstances?.. We love staying at the Lighthouse, and love when the weather is nice enough to leave the balcony doors open and enjoy the weather and ocean, and sitting inside or outside if we want, But with that being said, I guess we should have limited our stay and left on Thanksgiving Day… our week was perfect, and the last full day we decided to just chill get some laundry done before packing and enjoy the view and ocean by leaving our balcony door(s) open…that morning was short lived when evidently people had checked in the day before either below, above or beside us…one of whom, evidently smoked recreationally, resulting in it smelling like a skunk if you get my drift….eeww, and yuck! And not to mention the fact, it is against rental agreement, and building policy to smoke in the grounds, rental units or balcony’s AT ALL!! So I called the office number only to find out after the girl taking my information that there is no one on the premises/office, I understand it’s a holiday but at least one staff member should be on the grounds…and was told I would get a call back at 8am the next morning…and since those people checked in they evidently had a small child who let roam wild and use everything in the unit as a drum all hours of the day and night( but I get it, not everybody takes other people being around into consideration ), it is what it is; but I do believe had someone been on staff through process of elimation of what units above, below or beside us ( we were on the end); it could have quickly been found as to what units were rented as to who the culprit was smoking recreationally; and hopefully would have been stopped much less, fined; as it states is the consequence of breaking the rules…with all this being said, it won’t stop us from returning; but we do think there should be a better way of following up with a consequence in suitations like this when reported…and that when reported the issue be taken care of that day…” — Julie R., 4 stars

“We stayed in 1107 Liquid Life condo. I would rate it a 6/10. Furniture needs updating. Water pressure was so weak.1 roll of toilet paper is all they supplied and 2 garbage bags for kitchen trash. The bunk beds are in a room the size of a closet and right by the front door so I would not want my smaller children to sleep in there. The sleeper sofa was so uncomfortable that we ended up just sleeping on the couch. View is great and pool is awesome.” — Susan F., 3 stars
