What Guests Are Saying
“Nice hotel. Friendly staff. We have stayed here oncw before and been satisfied both times. If there was one thing I could change, I would like higher watwr pressure. In the handicapped bathroom while sitting on the bench I could not reach the water.” — Jenny M., 4 stars
“I would like to share my dissatisfaction with the management at this hotel. I typically use a third party vendor for my trucking business to book hotels. Tried to book a room here and got the message the room type was sold out. Tried another and got the same message. Instead went directly inside and booked my room. The next day, I found that the 2 original attempts that I made did in fact make a reservation. (and I was charged) Hmmm, maybe when my name showed up 3 times, that would be a red flag? I tried calling the hotel the next day for them to tell me there were no other reservations. I thought the charges would come off. Dealt with other vendor and since it was paid to the hotel, back to Comfort Suites. I left multiple messages for the manager, and ended up going to corporate who after 3 weeks still cannot help me. We are a small trucking business - a courtesy refund of this error would not be the end of the world. I totally understand policy, but this was clearly a miscommunication that with some understanding and courtesy, this could be resolved.” — JENNIFER, 1 star
“I wouldn’t even give this hotel a 1 star if that was an option. Paid $115 for the night, we went to the room and opened the room, a musty mildew smell hit us like a brick wall. We knew there had to be mold in the room. Took 1 minute to find multiple mold spots growing. We went back up and notified Rich of the mold issue, he stated I’m sorry, let me get you A different room. You could tell he knew there was an issue because he offer to give us the room key to check out the room first. The second room smelled like someone sprayed a room freshener to mask the mold smell but still just as bad and multiple mold spots found. It’s pretty sad that the worker would put you and your kids in a hotel room knowing that there is a very bad mold problem. Ended up leaving and going to a different hotel. Best western is cheaper and so much cleaner.” — emma, 1 star

What guests are saying about Comfort Suites Gadsden Attalla.
"The staff were amazing, always friendly. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was closed for the season, but it was cool out while we were there. Outside of that everything else was great."
— Brandie Brand

View on Google"We had to take a detour on our long trip and stopped into this hotel after a long day of driving. Since we have Choice Hotel discounts we were treated very well. The staff was very accommodating to our needs for the night. The breakfast was better than most of the recent hotels we have been in. Many of these so-called continental breakfast are getting to be rather slim in most hotels but this one had a small warm buffet which included eggs."
