What Guests Are Saying
“At the front desk I was greeted warmly by Jordan and we hadxa nice visit as she checked me in. I asked about a nearby eating place and she recommended it and we went there and it was good.. I loved getting an upgrade and the extra space was useful. This place was clean and breakfast was tasty.” — peonyrose, 5 stars
“I stayed at this hotel for over a week and it was a comfortable experience. Tiffany was the first person I’d met. She checked me in, and there was something I’d noticed when she slid the key card over to me: she didn’t tell me my room number. It was written on the back of the envelope, of course, but she noticed there was a male patron standing behind me. Talk about attention to detail; I loved it and it was a subtle security measure. Every morning, Christal was the manager on duty (I assume) and was always good for a laugh when I passed the front desk. She was like a girlfriend and our brief encounter set a great tone for my day. Nakasia was there one evening, again very pleasant. I’d asked if I could switch rooms because the mattress I was sleeping on hurt my lower back. I thought she would tell me I could do so the following day. No, she offered to switch my room right away, and even made it convenient by having the new room be right across, so that I could move my things over easily. Another lovely encounter. My room was clean and comfortable and I couldn’t hear anything from either side of me. The morning breakfast wasn’t the best, some of the triangle omelettes were icy, and some of the milks and chocolate milks were sour in the mini fridge. The fruit wasn’t very fresh. If there are improvements to be made, I’d say the kitchen would be the place. Thank you, ladies, for making it a wonderful stay while I was away from my family for over a week. Keep up the excellent service!” — Nikki F., 5 stars
“Pros: Property was clean and so was the room. Helpful front desk agent. Spacious rooms. Convenient location to highway and to eating and shopping. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Cons: Seemed to be a dated hotel with wallpaper and ceiling peeling in the room and hallway. Furniture was worn, and had definitely seen better days. TV channels kept freezing/going out. Couch stained and seemed to need a deep clean. They have a breakfast each morning but we discovered there was a Krispy Kreme (we don’t have one in our town) nearby so we opted for that. The price was excellent, so for the price point, this was an excellent choice. Solid night sleep in a comfortable bed. Would return again when coming back through.” — S H., 4 stars
