“Great stay at the Sheraton. My room was not on the side of the interstate so I can’t comment on noise for all the rooms but my room was possibly one of the quietest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The water was always hot. The front desk was friendly. Would recommend.” — Annie C., 5 stars

“Rooms are extremely loud from the highway noise. Most elevators did not work: either were shut down entirely, did not go to the floor you selected or stopped at a floor and only opened the doors mid-way (YIKES!) “This hotel is overated and rooms are outdated i had the club level room 1609 and the shower got cold whole i was in it for 30 minutes Elevator in the middle was broken long wait.The club where food and drinks were with the room was dirty and no attendant lacked food and needs cleaned up. This was a very poor maintained hotel with outdated items i spoke with front desk ” jay” who stated they would relay all info to departments and management.
